This brief chapter storybook is an enjoyable fairy tale with many surprises. My upper-elementary age son read it through the day I bought it. He very much liked the story and the characters (he especially liked Nordby's name). Reading book one will make you want book 2.

Joel Zartman was born in Uruguay, has lived in Colombia and Mexico as well as in Ohio, Wisconsin and Minnesota. He has studied theology, investigated fraud and eaten in dangerous places.
