lovely young woman with a beautiful voice, May 24, 2009

I've heard Martha sing many times while she was on As the World Turns. she's a softer version of Bonnie Raitt. In real life, her husband is a NYC policeman, they have three children, and she is a prominent fundraiser for St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Memphis, with her mother's help.
she has a lovely, pure, and sensuous voice and her acting training - starting as Annie on Broadway, as a child -- serves her well. Martha doesn't just sing the songs, she feels them, and so do we.
