Srully Blotnick conducted an in depth study of successful women and their careers and lets the statistics speak for themselves. You'll learn the how and why some women are more successful than others and what you can do to improve your prospects of career growth. This book makes for a perfect motivator or gift.

Blotnick doesn't actually do research.
Srully Blotnick's column disappeared from Forbes after years and years when it turned out that his vast longitudinal data base of executive career patterns was non-existant. The business writing equivalent of Carlos Castenada!
