My mom buys these. They are moist and delicious. My son and husband's favorite is chocolate chocolate chip. It's a chocolate muffin with chocolate chips in them, which puts the men in my life in chocolate heaven.

I like banana nut. It's full of banana flavor. Yep, that's banana all right. I don't think they could squeeze more banana flavor in it if they tried. They could use more nuts. Most of them are sprinkled on top. Otherwise, I think they are fantastic.

Blueberry is very good, also. It's just not as good as banana nut and chocolate chocolate chip.

These muffins make a great snack, but are also full of calories, so I don't eat them except as a treat.

Chocolate chocolate chip muffin: 440 Calories (200 Calories from fat), 22 g total fat (5 g saturated fat, 0 g trans fat), 60 mg cholesterol, 380 mg sodium, 380 mg potassium, 56 g total carbs (2g dietary fiber, 34 g sugars), 6 g protein.

Wild blueberry muffin: 400 Calories (140 Calories from fat), 16 g total fat (3 g saturated fat, 0 g trans fat), 50 mg cholesterol, 480 mg sodium, 190 mg potassium, 56 g total carbs (2 g dietary fiber, 32 g sugars), 6 g protein.

These muffins are superb. All three flavors in this variety: blueberry, banana nut and chocolate, are fantastic choices. The chocolate tastes like the best chocolate cake you ever had, and the banana nut is my personal favorite. With tea, one of these muffins makes my morning special.

Each muffin has two servings, so depending on the flavor, you are looking at up to 500 calories per muffin, with very high fat content.

As far as price goes, you can buy this same variety lot of Otis Spunkmeyer muffins at well-known bulk retailer stores and wholesale clubs, for half the price that Amazon has these today. But if you don't have access to to a club store, I highly recommend buying these at the price listed. Bring the case to work and be everyone's hero for a day!

These are my favorite muffins now. They are so moist and good, I just got hooked on them right away.If you love muffins. You will love these.
