5.0 out of 5 stars Definitely a trend setter, a future legend..., January 24, 2000

This is more than music; it's an inspiration for the arts. Chichi Peralta explores the intricate secrets of Afro-Caribbean sounds by mixing them with traditional and modern acustic and electric elements to create a whole environment with lyrics that complete a circle of listening pleasure. The percussion is amazing. This album will inspire anyone.

5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant Chichi - Up there with Juan Luis Guerra, March 26, 2002

Wow! What an album, what a singer, what a collection of supreme salsa! I thought no one woiuld ever come close to Juan Luis Guerra as a poet and singer, but Chichi Peralta comes close! His music captures the same joyous feeling that Guerra has perfected. "Amor Narcotico" is simply put, one of the best dance tracks ever, with a percolating rythm and lovely lyrics that are fresh, warm and happy - a perfect combination of love and longing that transcends the genre and makes for tremendous fun. The rest of the album doesn't disappoint. In fact, it extends the singer's passion and irresistable good nature with lyrical dance music that also sends a message. I love this album, and heartily recommend it! A true pleasure!

5.0 out of 5 stars SIMPLEMENTE UNICO!!!, September 19, 2000

Wow!
