wrong book delivered,

The book I ordered is pictured here, with Canada's Parliament buildings and all red tulips. It was NOT the edition that was sent to me. With a $12.00 delivery charge for an under $4 book, I am frustrated as Amazon has not responded to my email....nor did the seller respond after I emailed them that I did not receive what I ordered. I do hope someone will contact me via email and tell me what I can do about it now. I still want this edition of the book. When I ordered the book, it was displayed as the copy I wanted,...I did not even know there was another edition with a different jacket. I really want this one as it is seen here. It was my first experience ordering from Amazon, so I am not too impressed.
