5.0 out of 5 stars Best case Period for Tilt 2, July 16, 2010
I bought it right from otterbox as i was on their mailing list for its release(I paid more than it is selling for on amazon now) I have had this case for about a month or so. Fits my Tilt 2 perfect. I do however have the 1 complaint of the power button being hard to push(Its considerably harder to push). You will never turn it on without knowing it(this might be good for some, but i find it very annoying, but bearable for the protection.

Until this case came out, I had the Seidio innocase and holster. The Otterbox case is WAY better as I have dropped it about 3 times with the Otterbox case on it with no issues. The silicone inner skin and outer hard shell give great protection. Also, the Seidio innocase broke on the top near the power button(a common review complaint about the Seidio case) in 1 week and I never dropped it. Seidio did offer me a new case, but this one came out and I never returned it.

I also had the Praetorean crystal case and hated it. The level of protection is also inferior to the Otterbox.
FYI....The Seidio Holster for the innocase ([...]) works flawlessly with this case on a Tilt 2. This I uses every day, am always on the speakerphone and never had an issue of muffling as the others review had stated.

Overall in my opinion, for protection I give it 5 stars. Best case out there period

5.0 out of 5 stars Best case on the market., September 14, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I bought the Tilt 2 earlier this year because I couldn't bear to give up the keyboard feature. I didn't realize at the time that there are very few accessories available for this phone. I can be rough on my phones, and I definitely needed a case, and specifically not a belt case. AT&T sells one hard case for this phone, and I went through 2 of them rather quickly because they just fell apart. I was a little nervous about buying this case sight unseen, but I am glad that I did.

Pros:
Fits the phone perfectly.
Solid/rugged construction, I'm not worried about breaking the phone or the case
Has a cover for the power port.
All the buttons and other features are accessible (with one exception, below).
Fingerprint resistant.
While not "stylish" the case looks nice and like it is part of the phone, rather than looking like cheap plastic.

Cons:
Adds weight and size, but less than any other case I've seen.
Doesn't have a screen cover which is a minor issue in my opinion. There are a number of the sticky screen protectors that are available, which seem to work fine.
The power/screen button is hard to push.

The power button cover on the case is the same hard plastic as the case (the other button covers are soft rubber), and you have to press it very firmly to activate the button on the phone. If you don't want your screen to accidentally turn on this is probably good. However, I found it to be annoying, because I would have to push the button 2-3 times to get it to work. The button works by having a small plastic protrusion on the inside of the case that is supposed to hit the power button when the case button is pushed. The problem is that the little plastic protrusion isn't quite big enough. I ended up solving this but putting a very small amount of super glue on the protrusion on the inside of the case. I used just enough to build up the size of the plastic, and after it was dry I put the case back on and now it is much easier to push the power button.

Overall I am very happy with this case and I would buy it again and recommend it to anyone looking for a case for this phone.

4.0 out of 5 stars Tilt 2 Otterbox Case, September 17, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This is a very durable case, in fact, I have dropped it multiple times. Not a scratch or ding. The only problem I have with this case is that, it is very hard to push the power button with it. Other than that I love it.
