Beautiful, quite and moves a lot of air. I have had other ceiling fans in the past and nothing comes close to a Hunter. Love it!

This fan may be a 5 minute fan for a person with the perfect setup but I did not have the perfect setup (my ceiling box was not directly adjacent to the framing. After working around that, it still went up very quickly and looks great. The ceiling mounting plate is the beefiest I have seen for a ceiling fan and I've put up a lot of them over the years. It even has rubber bumpers to help with vibrations etc. The fan is not very heavy, either - compared to several other fans I've installed. Once the mounting bracket is hung, the rest goes up very quickly and there are no visible screws, even up at the very top where the canopy of the fan connects to the ceiling bracket. The blades can be put on (or switched to the other side) in 30 seconds thanks to the lever that snaps them into place, again no visible fasteners. This is a well built fan. The only negative to me is that the bulb could be a bit of a warmer tone, and the bowl could have a bit more of a tea-stain type tone and it would match the rest of my fixtures a little better, both bulb and bowl are more of a bright white... Still looks awesome.
