Excellet Case BUT...,

I have an ipod 30mg and a 120mg classics, both fit nice in this case. I love to listen to audio books & music while working in the garden. My husband got this case for me and I SO loved it. For about 2 months I've been having a problem w/the cases head phone jack, sometimes static other times I have to move the headphone plug to hear anything.
It clearly states in the instruction booklet:UNCONDITIONAL LIFETIME WARRANTY & WE GUARANTEE IT FOR LIFE! No questions. No hassles. WELL... I just got off the phone with the OTTER BOX company, apparently they no longer carry this box only nano and ipod touch. I asked how they can guarantee something for life and then stop making them. I got a "I don't know". This REALLY sucks cause the box itself is AWESOME. This is why I give it only 3 stars, if the company really did stand by the guarantee, then I would give it 10 stars if I could. |
