I love the new Otterbox case. The orange is a true hunter's safety orange, alot brighter then it appears in the picture. The case is solid and I don't feel nervous with my Iphone 4s now.

I am absolutely amazed with this product! It's everything that I had been searching for in terms of an otterbox for my iPhone. I was a little skeptical about the color of orange that was displayed on the face of the phone; thinking it might come out looking more like a "longhorn orange" rather than a "hunter safety/blaze orange." I almost bought the black faced one instead, to be on the safe side. But I'm very happy that I decided to go with this one. I get compliments on it everywhere I go! But aside from the looks..when I'm out workin on the farm I don't worry as much about it. I've dropped it from the top of a ladder, and even dropped it out of the combine and so far there has been absolutely no damage!(: I love it!

I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY HUSBAND AND HE FELL IN LOVE WITH IT. IT IS SO PROTECTIVE AND SO ATTRACTIVE THAT I EVEN THOUGHT ABOUT BUYING ME ONE JUST BECAUSE NO ONE ELSE HAS ONE LIKE IT (EXCEPT MY HUBBY OF COURSE). IT IS AMAZING AND WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

I wanted to write up a review on this new 'camo' Otterbox Defender case. I've been a longtime user of the all black Otterbox Defender case for the iPhone 4 (not the 4S). That first all black case was a very good case, but it did have its faults. Mainly, the rubber or silicone was too "tacky" and would grab my pockets when I was trying to take my phone out. And the rubber on the all black case was too "soft" and I found myself having to always be pushing it back into the slots, etc.

Well, Otterbox has definitely improved on this! I'm not sure if it is just these 'camo' cases or if they have done this for the rest of the line, but the silicone is MUCH more durable now. Not near as tacky feeling and it is definitely staying in the grooves better. Also, the camo pattern is actually molded into the case, and it has no tacky feel at all, very smooth.

Again, this review won't mean much if you have never owned or seen one of the Defender cases, I just wanted to throw this out there for people who were having the same issues as me, with the silicone being tacky and popping out of the grooves.

This is the 5th Defender case that I have purchased. No, I'm not insane but I just kept trying to find one that would work out for me. I've had the blue, red, black, white and lavender.

The problem is that when you have a black car interior, black car seat covers and a black purse it is real easy to give yourself a coronary every time you can't find your Iphone - as I have. And I refuse to give up the Defender model since it is practically indestructable.

This case is outstanding. The back has a lovely light brown to dark brown woodsy picture that has bright orange higlights around it. The front is bright orange surrounded by black. I cannot misplace it. And it isn't an obnoxious orange either. Unfortunately I am not a "pink" or "yellow" person, so those colors were not options. But I needed something bright, classy and Defender. Problem solved.

I also like the fact that Otter Box upgraded the material for this case. It is no longer that stretchy, rubbery fabric that could not slide into my pants pocket without sticking, therefore making it impossible to just grab the phone when you needed it. The case has a solid feel to it which is entirely in keeping with the point of owning a Defender.

Okay so I had to make adjustments and buy some extender cables to connect my Iphone to various speakers and docking stations in my home. Big whoopee. Far less of an expense and inconvenience then replacing my Iphone.

There is nothing out there that equals the Defender case and nowhere that equals Amazon's pricing and product protection.

This case is awesome. Very high quality rubber and plastic with 360 degree protection. I have always liked otterbox cases but now that they come in camo they are even more appealing. Yes, they are pricey but they are worth every penny as they last as long as the phone and keep it in pristine condition. I also love how it comes with a built in screen protector and flaps to cover all the ports. The case is a pain in the butt to get on, took me a while just to get it apart) but once you put it on your phone you never need to take it off. And not surprised that once again amazon had the best price on the internet. You will be very happy with this case, the pictures don't do it any justice.

I purchased this Otterbox case for my husband to use on his iPhone 4. I also placed it on my iPhone 4S - it fits both perfectly.

The case itself comes in three pieces - two hard plastic cases that snap around the phone (with padding inside and a covered screen piece) and a third, silicone skin which secures the hard case together. It also has a belt clip for the phone to carry it along with you.

I've rated this product with five stars because it is exactly what we expected - a large, TOUGH, protective cover for a phone carried around on construction sites and through the woods hiking. As far as style is concerned, I love being able to pick up camo items that use authentic, brand-name prints - 100% of his hunting gear, including weapons, share the RealTree AP pattern. This item can actually be worn when walking through the woods without appearing as a distraction on his gear - a big plus. I also enjoy the option of purchasing one with or without hunter orange!

Buyers should be aware that these Otterbox Defender series cases are about double the depth/thickness of your actual iPhone. They are big, bulky and don't go in and out of your pocket as easily as basic slim-line cases might. The reason is the protection and shielding given by the case. For someone active or working at a job site/outdoors, these are the best investment and protection for your iPhone. For office folks (like me!) try out the Commuter Series from Otterbox.

I've reviewed the seller separately as well - but it was also a 5 star review. Speedy shipping, item arrived new in box as promised and was packaged accordingly.

This is just what I have been waiting for, I like this case better than the other Otterbox defender. I am a hunter great product nice price.

This case was absolutely amazing. I love camo and the pattern is very clear on the back. As far as the protection goes I dropped by phone straight onto cement at a gas station and then ran it over with my van and left it for dead but the otterbox prevented my iphone from receiving a single dent, crack, or scratch. The only damage was that the clear screen protecting part popped out but atleast nothing happened to my brand new iphone.

I got this for my boyfriend for Christmas. He thinks it's the best thing of life. He loves otter boxes and he loves real tree camo. Shipping was quick.
