I just put this on yesterday and have come to really like it. The instructions are fairly simple with only a few pictures and no words on how to insert the phone into the plastic case then the rubber case. A fairly simple process, but make sure the clear plastic overlay for the keyboard is properly lined up and pulled tight prior to installing into the plastic case. You may also want to make sure that the display and the camera lens are both clean prior to this as well.

Once installed, the product makes the BB much easier to hold, as it is a bit beefier and the rubber is really easy to hold onto. The belt clip allows for easy inserting and removal of the BB without too much friction or looseness.

The plastic case overhangs the display just the slightest bit, but doesn't interfere, you just notice it a little. The plastic keyboard cover does make the use of the trackball a little more difficult, but certainly not impossible and after a day of use, I hardly notice the difference anymore. However, the additional protection this offers I believe offsets any perceived difficulties. The ports are easily accessed with the rubber cover tabs easily removed/installed. There is no noticeable affect on the speaker during phone calls or listening to music. The camera button on the right side is also easily depressed with the covers installed with no noticeable increase in pressure necessary to launch this application.

Great product that I learned about from a buddy who uses the iPhone and has a similar OtterBox product on his. I would recommend to anyone.

I purchased this for my wife...we have tried the silicone cases that are sold at the other stores, and werent impressed...

this item provides ample protection, allows for easy access to all buttons, and gives the device a nice feel...

the texture of the case is smooth enough to allow the device to be slipped into a pocket or purse...

for those wanting even more protection, the otterbox defender is the only other choice, but it does add bulk to the device...

If you are looking for an inexpensive, but stylish way to protect your Blackberry Tour from damage and scratches, this will do the trick. It even comes with a protective screen for the Tour as part of the package. Would highly recommend this product.

I bought a new BlackBerry Tour and decided that a good cover was necessary to protect my investment. Otterbox was recommended to me and I did some research. Amazon had the product cheaper than the OtterBox website. Well overall the item resembles the pic, but that is where the good stuff stops. There are three pieces to the cover which is as it was advertised. The first thin rubber piece is the cover for the keyboard. It fits losely and gets pulled down over the microphone when you add the plastic cover. Once the plastic cover is added, the rubber piece does not sit flat on the keys which does not interfer much with typing. This was suprising to me. Anyway once the entire item is assembled over your BlackBerry, the charger no longer fits in the charger port. So I have to slide the rubber off and slightly open the plastic cover to charge my phone. Have to be careful to only open one side or the issue with the thin rubber getting pulled down over the microphone becomes an issue again. This is especailly a pain in the butt if you are attempting to use your car charger. Overall I do feel that this product will protect my phone, but it does not fit as well as it should and definately is not worth all the hype. It is more aggrevation that it is worth, but there are not really a lot of other options out there for BlackBerry phones. This will keep my keyboard clean and the screen scratch free which is what I wanted. I just wish it was more convenient.

Exactly what I wanted! More economical than separately purchasing a case and a screen protector from the VZW store.

This is a great silicone protective case for the BlackBerry Tour. It fits the contours of the Tour perfectly and doesn't add unnecessary bulk the way lots of cases do. All of the buttons and ports remain fully accessible; in fact I've noticed that the right/left convenience keys are easier to use when the case is on.

I reviewed this case when I bought it and said that it fit well and I liked it. It turns out, that was an understatement. Yesterday I left my blackberry on top of the car and drove to the grocery store. It finally flew off the back as I drove down the road at 50 mph. I saw it bounce in the rearview mirror and just knew it was finished. I looped back around to get it, hoping at least to save the SIM card. When I found it lying in the road, it was totally unscratched and hadn't even turned off. I love this case, it's the best investment I've ever made!

I just received 3 of these to pass out to the guys I work with and it's a decent rubber skin to put on your blackberry. The one review talked about a belt clip and that's what caused me to order, but there is NO BELT CLIP ON THIS UNIT. Not sure what that guy was talking about, but this is just a rubberized skin. It is built up on the edges so it will protect a little better than the other cases. It's a good deal for what it is. It does fit in the original BB case, but it's tight and doesn't come out easily. That's not necessarily a bad thing. Gave it a 4 star just because of the clip issue, but then it's not the case's fault, it's the other reviewer's.

I like this case because its strong enough to endure being dropped, but is slim enough to put in my back pocket. Easy to take on and off and cleans well with rubbing alchohol.

Bought this for my husband. All in all he liked it. Just an FYI its not a hard case its just a silcone cover
