Soft pot-metal with lumpy gold paint, thick uneven rails, a ligature that fell apart the first time I touched it. It looks nothing like my other 2 Otto Link pieces for Tenor and Alto.

Because of punitive return rules, I exchanged the 6* for the back-ordered 7* because it would have to have at least a bigger throat. It did, but still not enough and not really free-blowing like any of the older pieces. The finishing and plating was also better, at least it is playable. Still, I going to keep looking for an older Otto Link Soprano mouthpiece. Feel free to contact me if you have one!
