I bought this item to help relax after being on my feet all day at work. It arrived in perfect condition, and the actual product was more durable than I had thought it would be. When folded over as an ottoman or footstool, it is very sturdy and not flimsy feeling at all. The microfiber cover seems like it will be easy to clean, and has a zipper that looks like you can take the cover off to wash, although I have not tried this yet. As far as the actual operation, it was relaxing. It massages the calves very well, with not too much pressure. The actual foot part does not move like I thought it would, and the vibration is very low. This is the only problem I have with it. If the foot part massaged or had a stronger vibration I would have given 5 stars. But after 15 minutes of use I was still satisfied, so will not be returning it.

I already owned an iJoy massage chair when I got this. While the massage chair is wonderful, this thing does nothing for me. Want a foot massage? It simply doesn't do it. The foot support is a piece of hard, bumpy plastic that doesn't move. The calf massage is uncomfortable, due to the repeated compression of the ankle and the sides of the foot. It's not even useful as an Ottoman: it is hard as a rock and the foot wells face the room.
Just worthless.

I received this product defective and the company I bought it from refused to work with me other than have me pay $30 shipping to return it AND a 10% penalty for the return~ that is almost $60 out of pocket just for returning a defective item~ Never again!

I would have given this product a 5 star rating if it included a foot vibrator. The foot and calf squeezing is acceptable, but a vibrator for the bottom of the foot would have made it exceptional. If fact, it is a bit misleading as I assumed from the picture that that was indeed the case.

I have multiple sclerosis because of this I have neuropathy in my calves and feet and I am not able to walk very much. My concern was blood flow through the calves and feet this product has given me great relief and every one that has tried it has loved it.

This was a great item for the price. My wife is on her feet for hours at work she uses it daily. Seems like a quality item and was much cheaper than the furniture mart where we saw it in person.

I love using this foot massager with my i joy chair. I fall asleep cause it's so relaxing. There are 3 different options of foot massage which are all very relaxing. I love it !!!!
