Great beats! Greay lyrics (even though I can't understand most of them). When I first heard Booba I thought it was a joke but after listining to his $hit I'm probably his number one fan! His cd is great and sooo worth the money!

Booba's third solo album is worth the price tag, let's put things in perspective, ain't no other french rapper capable of bringing that gangsta rap that actually equals West Coast's g-funk or East Coast's inner city realness. Booba's lyrical prowess blesses some of the most hardcore, dark and gritty productions by 45 scientific, who've truly mastered a sound of their own. Booba is like Mobb Deep circa 94, da "soundtrack to the realness", that thug muzik that gives you goosebumps track after track.
Don't need to speak French to appreciate this one, Booba's raw and charismatic voice just leaks trought your speakers, B2O sounds like he's not even trying to be gangsta, it just comes out of his persona. A solid album with both great production and lyrics throughout. And then there was the Ouest. Not West, not East, not South, not even Paris : Ouest Side, 92, Hauts-de-Seine, Issy represent. |
