Definitely different,
By A Customer
This review is from: Ouija Oracle Card Game (Hardcover)
I would suggest this only as a light little party game if you just want to laugh at each other or whatever... Otherwise if you are serious, I would suggest getting an actual Ouija Board, which is not nearly as "bad" as most make it out to be.The set comes with 52 category cards, Ouija Category board, Ouija Answer Board, forecaster, rule booklet, and scorepad. It is meant for 3 people or play, and really doesn't work with less (I've tried; it loses interest quickly unless you have a fairly large group of people). Each category has 26 different answers, but most do not fit very well. Only if you are looking for something not so serious and fun; otherwise pick up a board, be careful, and find a good, comprehensive book on the Ouija.

"The movement of the planchette is not due to paranormal forces but to unnoticeable movements by those controlling the pointer, known as the ideomotor effect. The same kind of unnoticeable movement is at work in dowsing."
Do a web search for the ideomotor effect and you will find plenty of REAL scientific evidence and not B-O-L-O-G-N-A. Like I said, you can ignore the science but to say there is not any science to this 'GAME' is folly. |
