Recipes included in "Our Family Table" have been refined to reflect a more healthy style of eating with less added salt & fat. Color photographs of participants bring the book to life. The cover is a reproduction of a quilt made by Willia Ette Graham, an octogenarian who was taught the art of quilting from her great-grandmother, who was a slave. A portion of the proceeds goes to support Our Daily Bread & Cobbler Shop, a retail bakery & youth intervention center in Atlanta, Georgia
