I'm using the revised edition (copyright 2002) with my daughter and have been very impressed by it. This is no wishy-washy, feel-good, "Catholicism Lite" program like what was used in my parish CCD program growing up in the '80's and early '90's. It is a rigorous and orthodox introduction to the Faith stressing traditional concepts of sin and salvation. My daughter has learned things from "Our Heavenly Father" that I never knew until I was an adult.

I highly recommend getting the Teacher's Manual as it includes detailed & easy-to-use lessons plans.
