Yeah, cats LOVE this. Seriously, I have NEVER seen my big fat cat jump around so much as he did the day I took this out of the package and threw it in his general direction. The squeak is motion activated and not overly obnoxious!

I thought that this would be a great toy for my 9 mo. cat. She loved pouncing on it and would carry it with her. The only problem was that I forgot her tendency to drop her toys in the toilet bowl. It never did stop squeking after that. Word of advice, read the directions first and abid by the supervision required warning.

My cat adores this toy! When she paws at it, it makes an electronic squeaking noise that sounds like a real mouse!

It also has this slight bouncing action that makes her think it's alive. I don't know what it is made of, but there is something about the texture of the mouse that her sensitive paws really like!

She is endlessly fascinated by this mouse. I only have one, so I am careful to watch it as she loves to bat it underneath furniture. Given that she is 10 years old, any toys that make her play this hard are always worth the money!

She loves to hunt it, stalk it, bat it about the room, and then she skitters away at a hundred miles an hour. It's a riot! I highly recommend this one!

The bomb or pet toys. Bought at a local store. Our 6 month kitten carries it everywhere and is visibly upset when it gets stuck under the stove. Purrfect!

When I moved to the city my cats became indoor only. This unfortunately drove them (and myself) nuts. In total desperation I bought this, and let me say toy is amazing.
Usually I bring home a toy and it's interesting until the catnip is gone or I get tired and have to put it down. So in about a day I've wasted $5. This is completely different! They love it, it keeps their attention and they are incredibly active throughout.
The only catches are that the noises are a bit life-like which can be creepy and the constant game play has forced me to to put it away at night. You get used to the first and as a warning- it is so addicting for my cats that they have found ways to open doors and drawers to get to it. (I recommend the fridge.)

Definitely a must buy!

I bought this for my adult cat and every time it squeaked she ran and hid. She was truly scared. I gave her a few days and her reaction never got any better. I took it to the animal shelter I volunteer for, and while they weren't scared, no cat was particularly interested. Cats seem to be very particular when it comes to what toys interest them. I am sure some cats love this, but mine did not.

Can not hear the squeaking! Maybe my cats can hear it. Either way, they don't even play with it.
