If you are interested in reading an autobiography of Chuck Heath Sr.'s life, then this is the book for you. Chapter after chapter are devoted to Chuck's upbringing, his schooling, his hardships, his interest (over interest) in sports...how he was such a great teacher and on and on. Almost every chapter had a sentence or two about Sarah, but that was about it until the very end where it said she lost the election, how nervous they all were and how awful the press was. I was very dissappointed that there was not anything at all about Sarah's relationship with her husband or kids or really anybody for that matter. What did she think? How did she decide to run for V.P. with small children still at home? What did her husband think about this? It was a very boring book and I am sorry I paid money for it. If Chuck Heath wanted to write a book about himself, at least he could have said so up front and not tried to be a "great" author on the back of his daughter. "Our Sarah" should be called, "All About Chuck".

Tons of stuff about her brother. Tons of stuff about his interests, his ideas, his life. Not a hell of a lot about Sarah. She's mentioned, but as a sort of generic afterthought. I could have easily have written a story about my own life and added a few Sarah quotes from news articles to each chapter...and had the same book. Generic blah.

Really lousy exploitive title in my opinion. False advertising. I wanted to read about your sister, not you, Chuck. You said it was about your sister. I feel lied to.

I loved it! Gave me insight into Mrs. Palin and what makes her tick. She is a lovely, smart, tough lady and I can see where she got it. From her family and her surroundings and just making a living in a rugged environment.

I am not finished reading it yet, but I am really enjoying it. I felt that she really got ambushed by the media, so it is interesting to hear the story from the family's side. They seem like a wonderful family to me. I have been to Alaska six times, mostly for fishing, but two family trips too. The Alaskan people are very open and friendly. They have always been fun to visit and to be with. When Sarah Palin was nominated for VP, and gave her speech at the convention I was very energized by her directness, and down to Earth attitude. Her experience in the election I would not wish on anyone. The media showed no interest in an honest and open discourse, just vilification! I would love to meet her sometime, and spend some time in Alaska with the family. The book is written by Sarah's father Chuck Sr, and brother Chuck Jr. It is a loving history of three generations, who they are, their interests, sports, religion, and adventures. These are the kind of people who made our country strong!!

Good slant on an important Alaskan woman. The story of the family background is interesting. It portrays what makes up the Alaskan spirit.

Everybody has their opinion of Sarah Palin, and they are all over the map. In this book, you get to hear about Sarah from a couple of guys who know her REALLY well, her father and her brother!

Overall, I found this to be a very interesting look at Sarah Palin and am really glad that I read it. If you want to know who she really is then get this book!

My husband and I enjoyed hearing this perspective on Sarah Palin. We like to listen to audio books when we travel and this book made the time pass very pleasantly.

It was informative, a book as much about
Alaska, as it was about Sarah Palin.

Great book for anyone who likes to be in the know. Our Sarah lets know about the women hero of our time .Every young person should read this book.

Poor Palin. Everyone is trying to make money off of her/from her. Even her family.
Poorly written fiction. Someday she will be a trivial pursuit question. Her 15 minutes are over and she should go quietly back to Alaska and get educated. And eat.
