It's so much easier said than done.

Since this book was published through Penguin, a very reputable publisher, I highly doubt they would let something like that slip by.

If you ever worked retail or you just love hanging out with comic book geeks (or both), then this is the book for you.

To read this comic on a daily basis is very entertaining, but to sit down with an amazing collection of them in a book is stomach-crunching-laughter of a good time! There are some cartoons from the website in this book and though I have read them, reading them again just makes me love this cartoon that much more. The simplicity of the cartoon style takes me back to Gary Larson days, yet I couldn't agree more with the quote in the book from Gail Simone; "In a way, Tim reminds me of Basil Wolverton and Drew Friedman, and I can think of no higher praise."

This is a cartoonist to follow.

You don't have to know comics well to find this book funny; anyone who has worked any sort of customer service job is going to be able to relate! Making this an awesome gift to pretty much anyone and a great book to have out for any house guest to pick up and find entertainment from.

I'm confused by the other review posted on July 3, 2012 and her multiple comments on spelling errors throughout the book as there are none. Since this book was published through Penguin, a very reputable publisher, I highly doubt they would let something like that slip by. MR TIM also seems like too much of perfectionist to let his first book hit shelves with mistakes.

I eagerly await MR TIM's next idea and book!

Very simple book of cartoons... caricature of each person with quote. The people the author has seen and overheard (and I don't doubt these are real people) are stunning in their ignorance, lack of social skills and self-absorption.

I love the "Our Valued Customers" blog, and this book is just as terrific. I like seeing some of my favorite OVC comics in this great collection.

I love the simplicity of this book. It inspires me to want to create a book like this. I don't think I could ever capture the same sentimentality that Mr. Tim has with this book, though. It's so much easier said than done. He has a great voice and I hope there's a second OVC book because, my one criticism is that, I wish this book was longer.

Also, I just read this book again, for the third time, and I can't find any spelling mistakes, like what was accused in an earlier review. I don't like slanderous reviews or slanderous people. The reality is that this book is Mr. Tim's world and we are just lucky enough to be part of it. Enjoy the ride and be thankful you were invited on it.

If you've read the blog, you know what you're getting, but it is great to have it in this format to enjoy. Not safe for work or appropriate for kids.
