My parents got this book for my husband & me. I don't know that I would have picked it out for myself, but it serves its purpose beautifully. The cover & the box are smooth & attractive; the pages are heavy-duty; the illustrations are pretty; what little text there is is interesting & useful.
It's especially nice, I think, that there are slots for 3" X 5" or 4" X 6" pictures. Unfortunately, these aren't standard professional picture sizes, but that was only a problem for us the first year or so; we don't have professional photos taken very often. I think it'll be a lot of fun to look back through all the pictures and memories with our grandkids on our 50th anniversary.

This is the type of memory book that all couples should receive as a wedding gift. Similar to those books kids use to keep their report cards and other memorabilia during their school years, this book captures the essentials of a couples married years. This book easily records key information about a couples married life that will be treasured by family for years to come.

I think this is the nicest book of this type I have seen - I spent over an hour in Hallmark looking at similar books that were $... more and liked this one the best. Also, I liked it because it isn't heavy on bible quotes, and the couple that are in there are general ones about love.
