My parents got this book for my husband & me. I don't know that I would have picked it out for myself, but it serves its purpose beautifully. The cover & the box are smooth & attractive; the pages are heavy-duty; the illustrations are pretty; what little text there is is interesting & useful.
It's especially nice, I think, that there are slots for 3" X 5" or 4" X 6" pictures. Unfortunately, these aren't standard professional picture sizes, but that was only a problem for us the first year or so; we don't have professional photos taken very often.
I think it'll be a lot of fun to look back through all the pictures and memories with our grandkids on our 50th anniversary.

This is the type of memory book that all couples should receive as a wedding gift. Similar to those books kids use to keep their report cards and other memorabilia during their school years, this book captures the essentials of a couples married years. This book easily records key information about a couples married life that will be treasured by family for years to come.

I think this is the nicest book of this type I have seen - I spent over an hour in Hallmark looking at similar books that were $... more and liked this one the best. Also, I liked it because it isn't heavy on bible quotes, and the couple that are in there are general ones about love.

I bought two copies of this book, one for myself, one for a wedding present based on the glowing reviews that it received from amazon readers. The content and pictures of the book were great and I would definitely recommend it as a gift for newly weds. The only disappointment I had was that both copies I received had printing errors and marks. There were creases on the pages that had been printed over and printing marks. One even had a crease on the cover! This was the case for both copies I received and the marks were on different pages in each copy. In a store I would never have purchased imperfect copies like this for a gift.

I love it! My husband and I received this book as a wedding gift from his aunt. Each year around our anniversay I break it out to jot down a few of my most memorible moments from the past year. I HIGHLY recommend it for anyone who is going to a wedding as a gift or who just got married! You can't go wrong :-)

I originally purchased this book for myself and thought it was just beautiful. I have purchased at least 6 more of these books for friend's weddings and anniversaries. All of them have enjoyed it as much as my husband and I.

I give this book as an additional wedding gift to family & friends. It is a visually stunning, quality album with fine detail, calligraphy, watercolors and quotes that will be treasured throughout the years. Writing an inscription in the inside cover is a nice touch that will add to the couple's reminiscing later. Oh my, I sound like Martha Stewart. Really, you will not be disappointed with this purchase.

I attended a bridal shower recently and this was a gift that was given to the bride. I thought it was such a cute idea that I decided to order one for my husband and me (ok..so it was more for me than my husband but he feigned excitement).

On the first page of this book is an Apache wedding prayer, which is followed by a space for you to include a wedding picture and details about your wedding. In the following pages, there is a space for you to include a picture (3x5 or 4x6) of the two of you for each year you are married. Opposite the space for the picture, is a place for you to write about where you are living and 'memorable' moments that may have occurred during each year of your marriage. Also included, is information about traditional and modern gifts for each anniversary. There is a space to document every anniversary for the first 15 years and then it jumps to your 20th, 25th, 30th, 40th and then your 50th anniversary.

The book is a little '80s' in terms of styling but I still love it. The pages are made of a fine quality, ivory card stock and every year has its own colorful, pretty design (all of which is in calligraphy).

This would make a great gift for a bridal or wedding shower or for a couple's first wedding anniversary.

This is a wonderful book to buy for yourself or as a gift. It is easy to fill out the page every year and include a photo on your anniversary. It is like "scrapbooking for dummies!" I've only been married 5 years but I already love looking back at how we've changed. This is a great keepsake, you will not be disappointed.

I actually bought this for myself first and fell in love with the idea! great album, easy to write, and keep those memories alive! Would 100% tell anyone about this for a wedding or wedding shower gift.
