I bought one of these in the past before this one and the bottle weakens and cracks into pieces after one season in the sun. The bottle opening screws are of such a size that none of the bottles I have laying around will fit...I did find one but it would not seal well and of course looked like crap. So I bought feeder anther hoping it will last longer. It would be nice if they sold separate bottles for cheap but that isn't going to happen.

This is a long lasting hummer feeder and easy to clean. Holds ample amount, and feeding ports are angled so rain tends to run off and not dilute nectar. Has recessed area at very top as ant deterent - just add small layer of cooking oil instead of water which dehydrates. Bought this to have one in reserve in case the orioles get too destructive which hasn't happened so far!
