This is a beautiful and overall high energy CD but it does have some slower almost melancholy pieces (listen to the byte for Spoon River for an example). The Missing Piece is absolutely excellent. It is about immigrants who move to a new country (presumably America) but miss home and all that they have left behind. "Like an animal who'd rather lose his leg to gain his freedom ..." evokes the emotions of those that had to leave their naitve country due to famine, war, etc. - as so many of our ancestors did.
This is such a good CD that it has disappeared on me twice. Definitely a good buy.
