...with this early album. If you're a new Murphy fan, attracted by the fun of "Loco" you'll want to add this to your collection. Older fans updating their CD collections will be charmed by his old-fashioned, toe-tapping, guitar picking traditional Country and Western hits as well as his rollicking danceables. Highly recommend!

Damn, I'm gettin' old. I've owned this for 17 years, it's never gotten old, my favorite Country album, and just wish Nashville would have been a little nicer to him. 75% of what Nashville releases these days, can't stand up to "Out With A Bang", or his second release, "Gettin' Out The Good Stuff".

David Lee Murphy's debut, "Out With A Bang", is an essential release, all 10 tracks are amazing, excellent singer and exceptional songwriter. Nothing on Murphy's debut is bad, he never took a misstep on this, every track could have been a single, and just an amazing artist.

Definitely track this one down, you'll want to also pick-up his other three releases. Murphy's the reason, why I've turned my back on Nashville, and just follow the American Red Dirt bands these days. Just a shame, he's exceptionally talented musician that should have had along illustrious career in Nashville.

I have met David Lee Murphy three times and his wonderful prsonality is only surpased by the amount of talent that he has. He is one of the best songwriter/artest combanations in country music. Every song on the CD will stay with your for a long time. His range is wider then the grand cannyon and his hart and soul are just as deep. I have gone through 3 coppies of this CD.

I just love this album. I play it over and over. I just can't get enough.

This C.D & all of Davids C,Ds are great for any one whos feeling down & wants thier spirits lifted,or just found their first love or needs a Graduation theme song I love rock & hate most country but David Lee has got to be the best singer I've ever heard,& its awsome cruisin music! GET IT TODAY!

this guy doesn't get nearly enough airplay-but you can own this cd,and hear him over and over! This is really saturday nite- ridin- with- the -windows-down good time music.

An excellent debut cd from David Lee Murphy. He is an exceptional singer/songwriter, and these songs prove it. I first heard of him through the "8 Seconds" soundtrack, so when I saw this album on sale, I just had to get it, and I wasn't disappointed. Great stuff!!
