I haven't seen this movie in many years so I don't recall every nook and cranny of it. I just remember it being very suspenseful and I was on the edge-of-my seat watching it. As a child I didn't know who Siouxsie Sioux was but I'm now a huge fan!! In this world of so many crappy movies making it to DVD, why in the world is this excellent movie not available as of yet????

(This film is one of them Young Adult films like "Breakfast Club" "Sixteen Candles" , "Reboman" , "St Elmos Fire") Out Of Bounds is an action packed suspenseful thriller , with shootout's , wild chases through town , and much more. The film revolves around Daryl Cage (Anthony Micheal Hall) , who leaves a hard working life on the farm and heads for L.A , to live a peaceful life with his older brother (Kevin McCorkle).But , a simple mistake is made when Daryl accidentally picks up a bag of heroine. His brother is brutally killed hours later by the owner of the drugs.Then , from that point on , there is lots of action as Daryl & Dizz (Jenny Wright) chase , and are chased by the drug dealer , Roy Gaddis (Jeff Kober). With a recognizable supporting cast of Ji Tu Cumbuka , Jerry Levine , Glenn Turman , and even an Cameo appearance by pop singer Meat Loaf , as Gil , a private pilot.I recommend this film to action , suspense , and teen film fans.

I just want to say.
That I burned this movie from cable/but it's not anamorphic.
I don't understand why Sony pictures won't at least add this movie to the manufacture on demand program.
I'm not the only one requesting this great film.
And Sony pictures apears to be doing nothing about it.
I love this movie/but I don't think that some twenty year old .
Worn out VHS copy is worth even one red cent of My money.!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Untill Sony pictures comes across with a good anamorphic copy of this movie .
I'll stick with the DVD I made from comcasts on demand .

loveable geek Anthony Micheal Hall is fantastic in this action film with some other soon to be great stars such as Jenny wright ( forest gump, the crossing guard, near dark ) and meat loaf to name a few. great action suspense and great to see the geek get to be a real man for a change, and the villian adds the weight needed to make Anthony's ressurection from geek to street wise player

It is a VHS, so the quality is not great. It does not come in anything but VHS at this point. But this is a very 80s movie complete with a live performance from Siouxie, some cool clothes, underground L.A., and lots of action. Anthony Michael Hall is as good in this as he is in anything. I really enjoyed it then and still do, when I feel like reliving my 80's days. The soundtrack is great if you like more alternative/punk sounds of the 80s.
