Ok, so I love my Kindle. I love getting free, cheap, or samples of stories. I've read more than I ever have before. This was how I got this series (it was cheap!). I thought "for as little as they're charging for this, I won't be disappointed regardless". Boy was that the truth!

It's ok not wow and the fact that it was so short should have blown my mind but it didn't do it all the way for me and I have read vampire erotic it didn't even feel like they went to first base. Maybe if your thinking of buying it you will like it way more than I did.

This series takes us on a journey to the forbidden. Where each night is a new "game" and all she has to do is reach inside the box and choose the theme. Very hot but very short, and by short I mean each installment is probably only 5-10 pages of a real book. Rats!! But definitely worth the quick read. Too bad they're not longer

I read the first of this series and couldn't stop till
I had read them all. Virginia's journey into self exploration takes her on an exciting ride that will amazingly have you crying by the end of book 9...and grasping at straws to get your hands on book 10!!!

The book was a great read but there was way too many misspelled words throughout the book. Not sure if I will read any of the other ones due to this.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not worth the 99 cents!, December 11, 2011

This was way too short for the money. There was no time for any character development, there was no real story. It should have been free. It was like 5 pages long. My own fault for not reading how many words were in it. Will not make the same mistake again. I feel cheated out of my dollar.

This review is for Out of the Box: The Complete Series.... *** May contain spoilers ***

Virgina is getting bored with her life, she wants to try something different and soon finds herself strolling through the doors of On The Edge - a well known vampire bar, run by my favorite trio. She's a little nervous at first, but when she meets Anando her curiosity and confidence increase, and Virgina ends up anticipating her next visit to his shockingly tantalising treasure chest. I really like Virgina. She starts off all innocent and sweet, and I really enjoyed watching her grow and open herself up more to Anando and his kinky lifestyle.

Anando often goes to On The Edge in order to charm his prey into going home with him for a quick bite and a little fun. But when he meets Virgina all that changes, and he only wants her. He is intrigued by her innocence and eagerness to play, and the sexy vampire makes sure that his Virgina gets a go at each of the yummy toys in his little white box. I love Anando! He is cheeky, sexy, and the ultimate charmer. He has this way about him that draws you in, and leaves you craving for more. All I can say is that Virgina is one lucky lady!!

I loved, loved, loved this book. It is sexy as hell, packed full of kinky games, threesomes, and hunky vamps. *cough* Leo!!! Grr... *cough* Anywho, I've re-read it god knows how many times now, and it still gets me excited! It's actually the first book of Kally's that I ever read and I have to say that it made me fall in love with her work instantly.

You can't help but get caught up in Virgina's struggles with her confidence, her new found courage, and Anando's sexy ways. And lets not mention the ups and downs of their relationship!! *sniff* I swear I cried several times for them, and cursed Anando a few also - he bugged me a little with his little hissy fit, but at least he makes it up to his lady love in the end. You really need to read this book - you'll love it. I promise!!

This piece is a short work, and apparently an introduction to a series. Don't expect much character development here.

This is strictly MF erotica -- but it's not entirely "vanilla" (mild bondage, toys, fangs). Kallysten writes graphically, but I didn't find anything cringe-worthy (YMMV).

4.0 out of 5 stars Soft core erotica, June 17, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Out of the Box (On The Edge) (Kindle Edition)
This is a very short short story of what I would categorize soft core erotica. Perhaps it was so gentle because it was so short. Virginia meets the handsome Anando at On the Edge, a vampire club, and they are immediately drawn to one another. They end up in his bedroom where he proposes a game in which she picks something out of a "toy" chest and the sex will be built around whatever she picks.

If you are looking for heavy, steamy sex, this book is not for you. However, if you like erotica with a touch of gentleness (even with a vampire), you will enjoy this book. It was well written but, unlike other reviewers, it did not leave me craving
the next installment. That said, if another was posted for free, I would definitely read it.

I for sure could have read more of this book.. WOW!!! Talk about steamy, and who hasn't fantasized about sleeping with a vampire? I know I have, especially since Twilight and The Vampire Diaries came out.. This was just an all around great book and very erotic!!

it was pretty crappy. I know its short but that isnt a good excuse for how poorly this is written. Not even remotely interested in reading the rest of the chapters.
