As always, Christopher O'Riley delivers!! I'm a great fan of O'Riley's Radiohead covers ... (and having bought his book of transcribed music, let me tell you, it is HARD!)... and I was thrilled to see that he had recorded another album of cover devotions. We have seen him in concert many times, and it's hard to compare a recording with the passion that comes through in his live performances, but this album delivers.Since there seems to be some confusion about the original songs, I'll list the tracks. Christopher O'Riley plays (beautifully) all of the following on piano: tori amos - mother radiohead - all i need elliott smith - new disaster nirvana - heart-shaped box portishead - the rip pink floyd - us & them tears for fears - woman in chains cocteau twins - blue bell knoll r.e.m. - world leader pretend radiohead - videotape the smiths - asleep reid anderson (of The Bad Plus) - lost of love I can't wait to see him in person again, but until we do, I'll be listening to this non-stop!
