About the Author
Paula Boock is an outstanding New Zealand writer for teenagers. Her novel Sasscat to Win won the Esther Glen Medal for the Best New Zealand Children's Book of 1994 and Home Run was a finalist in the 1996 AIM Children's Book Awards. Paula lives in Dunedin where she was the 1994 Writer in Residence at the College of Education.
