We purchased this chair from Amazon a yr ago. After about 9 mos the ropes frayed and in Dec completely broke. The chair has been on the floor for over a month. I contacted the company and after numerous emails have gotten absolutely no where. The chair is supposedly under warranty, but my color ropes won't be available until April - It seems only the owner of the company can order things and he is away for several months! We were offered a different color set of ropes plus shipping and handling. I have been told the ropes were shipped over a week ago UPS. Still NO ropes. The office mgr. said she would check into it --- NO EMAILS OR CONTACT SINCE Jan 26, today is Jan 30. Ask me if we will purchase anything from these people again - NO way. We went out and purchased our own ropes so we can use our chair - we live in Hawaii and love sitting outdoors, but NO chair!
