A lot thicker & more massive than I thought it would be... This is a nice, quality skinner. Thumb / index finger jiming on the top of the gut hook is a nice touch. Even though I am left handed, I like the sheath on this knife because I can wear it "Scout style" near the small of the back for a left-handed draw.

***NOTE*** flat pictures do not do this knife justice. The palm swell on this knife is huge, so if you do not have at least semi-large hands, then you might want to look elsewhere. Had I been aware of this knife and its quality / feel beforehand, then I would have had no reason to purchase a Buck Sandvik Omni Hunter with a gut hook. (nice knife / typical crappy Buck sheath with a pathetic belt loop)

CRITICISMS

Minor... no blaze orange version & it is made in Japan as opposed to being made in the USA.
