Lights work well, seem to charge well and provide good light for what they are. The ones I received however were brown not black, don't know if it was just an amazon error or what, its not a big deal to me, but if it would be to you I'd be cautious.

I used these solar lamps to light my boat dock behind my house. I had reservations due to the installation objective of placing these lamps on 6"X6" posts that extend up beyond the dock surface. Upon receipt, I discovered the installation guide easy to use, the product was everything I had expected and the installation without the provided posts or rods was a snap. I am very pleased thus far.

I purchased 14 of these lights for exterior front and back landscape lighting at our home. These are beautiful when lit. I did replace the batteries provided with the newer NiMH battery as they hold a longer charge. I have NO complaints with these. They are terrific lights

I purchased one of these malibu lights at a home store, and found that I really liked the look, quality and price. When I went back for more I was told they had been discontinued! Thank you Amazon for providing another source (the vendor was prompt in mailing my order). I am delighted!

Bought 2 sets for a girlfriend for Christmas. They look to be of really sturdy construction. Glass is beveled which refracts the light nicely. Haven't used them myself but if I had a home and was looking for outdoor lighting, I would go with these. The mini-panes hark to a Japanese aesthetic.

These lights are very nice looking, not cheap looking like some others i've seen. They need a lot of light. If not in full sun for better part of the day, don't bother getting them.

Although these lights are attractive, they do not light a walkway. This is very disappointing, considering the price.
