It is a top quality product, solidly constructed, easy to assemble (once I figured out an unclear illustration). The assembly instructions are a piece of paper with a list of parts and 3 illustrations of assembly. The most critical part is unclear; it is assembly of the suspension bracket and its hardware. For future reference: the bolt goes through the wood, then place a washer over the bolt, then screw on and tighten a flat nut, then place another washer, then insert the bolt end through the bracket hole and screw the cap nut over this. The same procedure for the top and the bottom bracket mounting. Make sure the bracket swings freely. I had an additional problem: one of the wooden pieces didn't have the holes drilled for the mounting bolts. Simple solution: drill the holes using the wooden piece with holes as a pattern for drilling--simply put it on top of the other piece and drill using its holes for placement of the new holes. Do shop around. Different places on Amazon have the same unit for sale at greatly varying prices.
