This music escapes defintion,
This review is from: Outer Nights (MP3 Download)
"This music really escapes definition except to mention
that it runs on beer not acid and Keith's middle name refers to Mars where Acidalia is a place not a state of mind. That addition to his signature became necessary because there is at least one other Keith Phillips issuing music on the Net, but comparisons remain odious as they ever were. Keith's music is comprised of trance inducing performances that cannot be repeated or so he claims, having never been written as scores, but are instantly identifiable as his work, no matter what instrument he chooses to perform with or on. Keith is a multi-talented artist whose work has not so far received the acclaim that his chart positions would suggest. The nearest comparison would be Dylan's compositions for the film Billy the Kid, but as we said, comparisons are odious." by A. Austin author of "The Mother Shipton Prophecies" |
