I can't smell this stuff and it works well. The spray top works really good and the oil is a really nice and easy to work with viscosity. I can't complain about this product at all.

I bought a spray-bottle of this stuff to keep some carbon steel knives
I have from rusting when stored. Works great there. On an impulse, I also used it to lubricate some metal sliding doors and windows around my house and it works better than WD-40!! Everything slides super-easy & quiet now, and there's none of that awful vaporous silicone smell, which is a big plus. No smell at all, actually. I'm sure I'll come up with some other uses over time (mainly metal-on-metal, I would think), around the house. It was made for guns, but it's a really clean, light, lasting lubricant that is handy for almost anywhere metal moves against metal, in & around the house. Especially if you don't like breathing silicone vapors. |
