1.0 out of 5 stars Don't spend dollars on the Pound!, May 8, 2010

This review is from: Outlaws (Leisure Historical Fiction) (Mass Market Paperback)
I have read books by Paul Bagdon before and found them to be pretty good, so I grabed this one off the shelf. Should have left it there.

"Pound" Taylor,as he is called, has escaped from jail. The Stone men, consisting of the father and his two sons and someone named Davey decided to be bank robbers. This they do. They rob a bank, move on to another town, rob a bank, move on to another town, rob another bank, etc. Along the way the Elder Stone gets drunk and in trouble with a gambler, in another town they run over an Indian woman and her child as they leave. I read about 125 pages and quit. It was just not very good. I was wasting my time. It was nearly the same thing over and over again for the number of pages I read and that was about half the book. I would not recommend it at all.
