Malcolm Gladwell has been a staff writer with The New Yorker magazine since 1996. His 1999 profile of Ron Popeil won a National Magazine Award, and in 2005 he was named one of Time Magazine's 100 Most Influential People. He is the author of "The Tipping Point: How Little Things Make a Big Difference," (2000) and "Blink: The Power of Thinking Without Thinking" (2005), both of which were number one New York Times bestsellers.

Malcolm Gladwell has another hit-no surprise for those who have read The Tipping Point. It is basically a sociological treatise on those stimuli or events that enable a person to transcend from the norm to a level perceived by the masses to be success. While this is a compilation of different findings used to support Gladwell's points of view the book is so well written, one just sails through on a pleasurable journey. It is not your typical dry boring compilation of research findings.

Expone un análisis practico de la realidad, todos tenemos la Oportunidad de trascender en la actividad que elijamos y el limite del crecimiento será el determinado por el entrenamiento disciplinado, que nos permita aprovechar las oportunidades que pasan permanentemente en forma de "suerte".
