5.0 out of 5 stars This book is a great reference.
I must say that I was hesitant about getting this book. I have used different versions of Outlook for years and felt that I would not benefit from it, but I was absolutely wrong. There are features in Outlook that I had no idea about. I regret buying Act 6.0 for my contact manager now because of what I've learned about Outlook through reading this book. I'm sure there...

3.0 out of 5 stars Disappointed as I was looking for one particular issue
I bought the book specifically to find out how to do mail merge onto letters as I do with my ACT software. The entire book had one page on the topic and did not provide any insight.

I'm sure there are many of you out there that feel that you have a good knowledge of Outlook - but most of you still have yet to tap into it's wonders. Outlook 2002 for Dummies is written in standard "Dummies" form and is really easy to understand, yet not too boring for tech types either! It's a good investment.

Over 100 million people use Microsoft Outlook and most people only use about 2 percent of its power. This book is a blast to read and it contains tips and tricks that have saved me huge amounts of time and effort.

Even if I didn't use Outlook I'd enjoy reading this book.

5.0 out of 5 stars this is a fantastic and very timely book, September 3, 2009

I bought this book February 2009 and must say I should have bought this book earlier. It is a great historical reference of what outlook was capable of doing in 2002 and how far we came in the last 7 years. I truly enjoyed some old-school computer instruction and the book was definitively worth the 1 cent I paid for it. If you want to know how your grand-dad archived e-mails go and get it.
