We took it with us in the car for our holiday road trips and had a great time.

They're great for those few minutes at the end of class when we're waiting for the bell, right before lunch, and at the end of the day.
Karen Frazier
I really like that the game has questions for most age groups and most levels of education.

I bought this game as a Christmas present for my partner because she had fond memories of it from when she played it years ago. There are several versions of it on Amazon that cost so much! I don't know what those have that this one doesn't; it seems pretty basic. We took it with us in the car for our holiday road trips and had a great time. Also, it's great for us to use these questions to replace the "sports & leisure" questions in a game of Trivial Pursuit since niether of us are big sports fans. Also great to get children to practice lateral thinking.

MindTrap will mentally challenge you to think. Sometimes your like Sherlock Holmes and other times you have to wear your Mensa hat. I loved it. The main problem: once you have been through all the questions the game is no longer playable. With continued use, it will take you at 3-6 months to go through all the questions.

Eh. We thought this would be a fun family game. My husband likes to give my son riddles to ponder, but was running out. We found these puzzles mostly annoying though. I guess they are brain teasers, but we found a lot of the responses to be ... ridiculous. Quickly became frustrated with the types of questions/answers, and we haven't even looked at the game for months.

It's still probably good to stimulate a creative thinking process, but we were looking for puzzles that, frankly, made more sense.

I bought this game years ago and my family fell in love with it. If you want to think outside of the box or discover a new way to solve problems this game will definitely get you there. I really like that the game has questions for most age groups and most levels of education. It is very interesting how people arrive at different ways to solve the questions. If you are a big mystery fan or like solving puzzles and riddles, you will love this game.

I bought this because I read a review that said it's not such a great game but would be good as a way to pass time on a long car ride. Bingo! We've memorized the National Geographic Pursuits Q&As so I thought this would be great. Its hard to describe the questions & solutions. Sometimes, they're good in the sense they show us how we make assumptions based on our linear thinking. Other times, the solutions are just out in left field and contain a fact not in evidence. All-in-all, we just didn't learn much from it and I can't say it was worth the rather high price.

I use these questions with my sixth grade class. They're great for those few minutes at the end of class when we're waiting for the bell, right before lunch, and at the end of the day. Students beg me to pull them out, and enjoy competing to be first with the answer. We don't use the board--I put the questions on the overhead. My students would encourage me to give it FIVE STARS!!

Almost too difficult to be any fun. The brain teasers are cool, but when you just want to relax and have some light fun, they are a bit much. Probably ideal for someone smarter than I am. Haha!

I really enjoyed this mind game when I was a kid, glad I was able to find it again! Too bad they don't sell this game in stores anymore!
