I really wanted to like this game. The idea seems like it COULD be a lot of fun - learning about & guessing different theories. But the multiple-choice answers are written so patronizingly and stupidly that it ruins the enjoyment of the game. The answers are often completely obvious, with all answers but one (the correct one) being ridiculous.

For example, one question says that farmers have a theory about what it means when cows sleep during the day. The 4 answers include "it means the wifey will look good" and "it'll be a slow day for the bulls". All these silly jokes make it obvious which answer is correct.

Another question asks what the Infinite Monkeys Theory says. Answers include "so many monkeys so little time" and "males come from monkeys - just look around, it's obvious!"

Maybe these answers are funny occasionally and to 9-year-olds, but the dumb jokes get tiring & make the game less challenging for anyone else. If a new edition of the game was published with more believable answers, the game would be more fun & challenging.

Bought this for my teenage grandchildren to play. The instructions are very difficult to understand. Both the 18 and 16 yr old had no interest in playing at all. I tried to initiate interest for my children with no success. Maybe we live in such an electronic world these days, games like this are not going to appeal to a younger generation.
