I had been looking for grill tools that are better than average mediocre made stuff (and would last the duration). This fork sure looks like it will -- and then some, I can see this one being passed on to my daughter (yes, it looks like that kind of forever quality). It is extremely well made (well finished stainless, nice wood carefully fitted to the full tang handle, etc.). The only downside is that it is really hefty (weighty) so you would not want to use it continually for a long period of time.
