Appeared to be a solid grill topper upon arrival. Outset even has a nice website describing their products (unlike many other brands). Outset even advertised their other products with the same copper coating with good reviews from some food magazine. Upon first use, I was very surprised to see it warped under moderate heat (350F). After it cooled down, it bent back in shape. It was fairly easy to clean after 1st use. Then with 2nd grilling, the food started to stick terribly. I was unable to clean the charcoal mess left on the grill topper. I even left it soaked in soapy water overnight, and was still unable to clean it easily afterwards. I tried to use regular soft dish washing scrubber to clean off the charcoal mess, then discovered some of the nonstick copper-tone "double coat" silicone coating came off! I trashed this piece of junk, as I don't want my family risk eating this non-stick silicone stuff! One of the worst purchases ever! I plan to get a plain stainless steel grill topper next time. It may not be easy to clean, but I can at least use some heavy duty scrubber on it and not worry about any type of nonstick coating coming off...

Love this product for it's ease of use, and veggies no longer fall through the racks on the grill, but this is very difficult to clean. We don't have a dishwasher and have to wash everything by hand, and this is not very fun to clean in a tiny sink.

I bought this to be able to grill fish. Foil tends to steam fish and the more delicate varieties on a grill tend to end up in the flames. This suits my needs very well. The fish are really grilled It is large enough to hold plenty of fish or burgers or sliced fresh veggies. Cleanup is fairly easy. The grid is handsome enough to hang though mine stays in a cabinet.

We have used this to grill asparagus and squash rounds. I usually skewer these things, but loved them off the grid. Veggies still got that yummy "been grilled" taste, and husband said the grid held heat well. Easily cleaned. It's made surprisingly well.

I also used this one in the smoker for more than six hours. Cleaning couldn't be any easier as hand cleaning required no effort at all. "Cooked on" food came right off under running water with no scrubbing at all. So easy to wash off in the sink, why bother with the dishwasher?

Copper, non stick pan, that IS NOT COPPER! This is painted, I feel that I was tricked !!!!
