Well although this isn't directly related to the actual product one should know that the manufacturer of this product is no good. I ordered this from amazon 2 weeks ago and haven't heard or gotten anything except an email from amazon stating they can't get a hold of them to confirm shipping. How horrible can customer service be?

I looked forward to getting this bag but I guess that's not going to happen. Good luck and hopefully this won't happen to you.
