More About the Author
Glide is Bill's first novel. He has also published a volume of poetry, Outside the Box. He posts short stories online at jackedarts.com and billgourgey.com. Bill was born in New York and graduated from Cornell with majors in both Electrical Engineering and Materials Science and a passion for English Lit. He worked in technology at Accenture for more than twenty years, including as a managing partner. Now, he's a full-time writer, mostly fiction. When he's not writing, he's assessing technology ventures, serving on a board of directors, and supporting both community and environment. Bill and family live in Washington, DC and on the Chesapeake's Eastern Shore.

Great book!,

Fun book to read with children or the child that resides in all adults. It's powerful and humorous while keeping its intellectual style, this book will appeal to any fan of poems, or the people (such as me) who just enjoy a good read. Highly recommended!
