5.0 out of 5 stars Delightful!!!
Oh my G-d, BEST free download ever. A short, short prequel to the novel Me, Myself and I. I was laughing so hard I had tears streaming down my face. The main character has multiple personalities and is described as "a loon training to be an FBI agent who was as silent and spooky as Batman when she wasn't turning somersaults in trees and kicking over ladders and freaking...

2.0 out of 5 stars Why? Did I read this?
Even though I read MJD this pre-quel did not work for me. It didn't tempt me to buy the book, didn't make me wonder about the character and just let me flabbergasted about it's purpose. Even for free I recommend not reading it.

Oh my G-d, BEST free download ever. A short, short prequel to the novel Me, Myself and I. I was laughing so hard I had tears streaming down my face. The main character has multiple personalities and is described as "a loon training to be an FBI agent who was as silent and spooky as Batman when she wasn't turning somersaults in trees and kicking over ladders and freaking out over lost opportunities to administer meds to bewildered felines."

I've got to go buy the novel Me, myself and I that follows this prequel (even though it is priced at more than I would normally pay). I haven't been this entertained by a character in years!

I don't get this book at all. Not good. It's confusing. It didn't capture my attention. I normally have loved Mary Janice Davidson in the past but her writing is absolutely lacking a few things lately.

This "book" was the biggest waste. It reads like a bad word vomit stream of consiousness that is on whatever charlie sheen is on. >disgusted<

This is the craziest, most confusing thing I have ever read! Even for a prequal there is no sense in this! I do not want to get the book this goes to, it will probably be just as crazy and disjointed.

This is very short [hence the 4 stars], but well written and entertaining. Am puzzled over the bad reviews.

I can't explain. I know this is supposed to be a sample of the bigger book to come. But I kept getting lost when the main character either had to keep his seat, of move on while speed dating. All the while talking, telling, not sure what was up with that... about a run-in with a nut case & how he got scratched. Maybe the full length book ties everything together and it will all make sense then. In the meantime; if you are like me, and enjoy reading just to read. The try this out at bedtime. Short enough to get it done, and won't drive you crazy wishing there was more. Maybe your dreams will fill in the gaps and complete this story for you.

4.0 out of 5 stars Very easy to umderstand, December 27, 2010
This review is from: Outta the Bag (Me, Myself and Why? Prequel) (Kindle Edition)
The starts out with a flashback of Clive telling his story about what happened to his face after almost running over a cat and meeting a crazy blonde girl. The girl he met obiviously has two different pesornalities hince the name of the book. I can understand how it could frustrate others especially the way the crazy blonde talks throughout the chapter but, I love it and can't wait to read the book.

I guess this little snippet would seem senseless if you`ve never read any of her books, but I enjoyed it. And I am curious about the actual book, so I guess this free prequel did its job in my case.

Glad it was free. I will not be buying the book. The female character was too far out there mentally, and the male plumber needs his head examined. He should have run as fast as he could to get away from her, screw helping her get the cat out of the tree.
