I bake for a gluten free child and bought this pan for making hamburger buns for him. It worked so well. I used my regular gluten free recipe for making his sandwich bread only divided it evenly into the muffin cap pan. They rose beautifully and filled out the pan. They slipped right out of the pan after being baked with no problems with sticking. He likes the hamburger buns because they aren't so thick. Perfect for splitting and toasting in the toaster for breakfast also. I'm making more buns now than loaves of bread. A great product if you are looking for a thinner hamburger bun besides muffin tops.

I have been sick and tired of trying to make Yorkshire Puddings using a Deep sided Muffin pan as they always stck and never really cook through or rise properly. This pan is just like my Mother used (back in England). After the Roast Beef was removed from the oven she would use a pan like this for the Yorkshire Puddings (I'm from Yorkshire by the way). It worked great even my American wife who usually does not care for Yorkshire's ate 'three' and thought they were great. I would recommend this for the true 'Yorkshire Pudding'.

The pans I bought are of excellent quality and the price was the best I found. Two minor problems: the barcode stickers were very difficult to remove without harming the pan and I used a considerable amount of time, effort and spray-on adhesive remover to get them off. Secondly, there were no instructions on how to use, how high to fill with batter, how much to shorten baking time, or any recipes. I plan to use them for the first time this weekend and will just have to experiment. Two other comments: all four of the pans had tiny dents in the same place and I'm assuming that they were due to the production process and aren't big enough to affect the shape of the muffins. Also, any non-stick finishes are really for clean-up, and any pan should be greased and floured for baking (if the recipe calls for it) regardless of the finish.

As a low-carber, I often make "oopsie buns" or "revolution rolls" which are basically a low-carb version of a hamburger bun. This product is perfect for making them!

This pan is the perfect size for making egg patties to put on English muffins for sandwiches and honestly, that is why I bought it. It's easy to use, easy to clean, perfectly sized, and made in the USA. What more could you want?

I am English but live in Connecticut. Like many people I enjoy eating the food I grew up with. Every Sunday my mother would cook a joint of meat (usually beef or lamb) and serve it with roast potatoes and Yorkshire Pudding. Yorkshire Pudding is not easy (actually, impossible) to find at restaurants near where I live. And my craving has been intensified by reading the Alan Banks detective series (written by Peter Robinson- see my other reviews), which is set in England (Yorkshire, actually), and in which the police seem to spend half their time in pubs, drinking ale and eating British food, often Yorkshire Pudding.

So even though I am not much of a cook, I decided to try making some Yorkshires myself, and bought this pan to bake them on. I also bought some Yorkshire Pudding Mix (also available on Amazon). The instructions were pretty easy to follow (after my wife explained to me what "whisk" meant- I said I wasn't much of a cook), needing just water, an egg, and the mix. And if I say it myself, the results were excellent; the six Yorkshires rose beautifully and were light, fluffy and delicious. My 10 year old daughter who had never tasted one before loved them and ate two.

I also like that this pan is dishwasher safe, because I am lazy.

This pan is fantastic!! I am a weight watchers enthusiast and a muffie recipe was suggested at our last meeting. Unable to find them at the local stores, I purchased these for both my sister and I. They work great! Easy to clean, too.Had to go back and order 3 more for friends. If you want a quick recipe for a pumpkin muffie, buy a spice cake mix and add a 15 oz can of pumpkin and 1/2 cup water. Use 1/4 cup batter in sprayed muffie pan. Bake 350 about 10-15 minutes. Only 1 point! Top wiht fat free whipped cream and what a treat!

Pans are made of thin metal and muffin tops will burn if you don't watch carefully. I wasn't sure how full the cups should be since there were no hints included on the product labeling. That being said, my family loves muffin tops now that I've fiddled around and figured out the right fill ratio, cooking temp and time in the oven.
