I've had this for a while. It is heavy duty and bakes a wonderful cake. I purchased to bake pound cakes, but I'm so pleased with the pan, I bake all my cakes in it. It's just so easy to bake cakes in this pan. My cakes turn out golden brown and evenly baked. They look attractive and I like the one pan concept. It's just easy and no more lopsided layers. The finished cake releases easily. The nonstick coating looks the same as the day I received this cake pan. No scratches or peeling, at all. Now, I also use it for jello molds and when I want an attractive cornbread. The price is great...excellent quality.

Just remember to lower the required oven temp about 25 degrees with baking in dark metal, non stick pans.

UPDATE: This pan makes a beautifully baked traditional pound cake. I baked Paula Deen's "Southwest Georgia Pound Cake". It was golden, delicious, rich, and dense,.....you can google the recipe. It was easy, too. If you make this yummy cake, you may cut the sugar by 1/2 cup, add an extra tsp of flavoring, and check on the cake after 65 minutes, instead of the suggested 75 minutes. For this cake, 325 degrees is the correct temp to use.

No preheating the oven, either. It goes into a cold oven and comes out perfect....(remember to really whip the butter and sugar until fluffy). It's dense, but not too heavy; moist, but not gummy. It was just perfectly textured! It's a really good recipe. Oh, if you like lemon, add the zest of one lemon, in addition to the lemon flavoring.

Swans Down has a good recipe for a "Whipped Pound Cake". The recipe is similar to Deens, but lighter, because of the cake flour. I like them both.

This is such a wonderful pan - did not grease or flour the pan and the cake released beautifully. Very good pan for the money.

I love this pan! I bought this pan after reading several of these reviews and they were right! It is one of the less expensive pans available, but certainly not the least.
I have used it twice already in 2 weeks and the cake just pops out without a problem. My recipe asks for a nonstick spray, too. But not even a crumb is left in the pan once I turn it over. Also, the material is dense enough to give the cake an even browning. I am sooo happy I bought pan.

I love this pan. Sometimes when pans say they are non-stick they aren't but this one truly is. Not one speck of food is left in the pan. I also love the fact that my cakes bake very evenly. My cakes come out evenly colored and just as I want them to. I highly recommend this pan.

I bake about eight bundts a week for a friend's coffee shop and I got these. After about three uses, my bundts started becoming inconsistent... I mean, I filled two pans with the exact same amount of batter and put them in the oven-- half of one was burned the other half barely cooked.

Did a lttle research and found out that the dark inside of the pan combined with the crappy quality ruined it. I bought a Nordic Ware Platinum Collection Original Bundt Pan and everything is coming out beautifully.

Don't buy these bundts unless you're planning on using it for a dip bowl, they're terrible.

I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with this cake pan! First, it really is non-stick. To test, I didn't flour or grease the pan, I just used it as it was and the cake came out intact. Secondly, the pan is a 12-cup and very durable. Finally, cakes brown very nicely, particularly pound cakes (my specialty). Great value!
