The product is well-designed and easy to assemble. While it certainly wouldn't double as a chin-up bar or anything like that, for three big towels and two big terrycloth robes on the hooks at the bottom, it doesn't bat an eyelash. I might not recommend it for households with kids that climb on things... Aside from that, I'd definitely purchase it again.

This hanging rack is a great way to neatly hang up your towels over the door, without having to drill holes into your walls or door. It stays flushed on the top, so there is no problem to close the door surprisingly. It is a little difficult to get the towels in and out easily, so I docked half a star for that. I also docked another half a star for the hook at the bottom rung not able to be moved higher, for like a bathrobe to be hung on so it doesn't touch the ground. Other than that it's very durable and sturdy, not flimsy or thin at all!

First off all, the towel rack I got in the mail and the one pictured are different, but as it WAS an over the door towel rack I didn't let that bother me too much. The item does, at least, function as a towel rack, but that's the end of it. When I tried to put it together 5 of the 6 screws fit just fine, the last one I actually had to widen the hole myself to make it fit. The bars have plastic end caps painted with a metallic paint which was scratched off and one was in 3 pieces. The frame is flimsy. When I put my first towel on one of the bottom hooks, the whole frame shifted downward a bit, as it it couldn't support the weight too well. The product in general is cheap and I would suggest spending a few extra dollars and buying quality.
