They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death. Rev 12.11

They overcame him, (the accuser) by the word of their testimony: the content of what the witness tells. This book is not so much a testimony as it is a celebration. It is a celebration of life and the goodness of God.

I titled it the Overcomers Journal because we are all overcomers. The testimony of your life in Christ is that you are more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus who loves you because Jesus has already won the victory!

It is my prayer that the time that you spend with these scriptures will reward you through God’s working in your life those things that he has ordained for you. I pray that you begin to walk in the authority that is yours in Christ Jesus and that you get a better understanding of who you are in Christ. I also pray that God’s word begin to dwell in you richly and that his plans and purposes for your life be revealed to you more and more and that you begin to walk worthy of the calling you have received.

No matter where you are or how your circumstances may look, there is so much more that God has in store for those who love him and are called according to his purposes. I pray that you find freedom in these pages.

It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. Gal 5:1
