This book captured it all for me: I finally understand -- and can treat -- what has long been a physical problem for me -- and apparently for many others. What really astounds me, though, is that this is no technical or arrogantly medical story -- it is a rich, textured, honest, and practical guide to incontinence. Bravo, Dr. Froe, you have changed my life.
